All jobs will be supported by a Service Agreement outlining the client's and iAssist Australia's responsibilities to complete the job.

 

Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

 

Additional fees will be charged to the client for postage, stationery, printing costs, courier or  STD/ISD calls.   Approval for additional expenses will be sought from the client before proceeding.  

Payment Policy

50% of the project cost is required before commencement.  Payment is accepted by Credit Card (using Paypal) or PayPal online secure payment service.  Upon completion of the project the final payment of 50% is required, plus the  itemised additional expenses required to complete the job.  A tax invoice will be issued to you with a payment term of 7 days.  Overdue accounts will be subject to a late fee of $20.

Privacy Policy

iAssist Australia will not disclose or share client information, intellectual property or research material sourced by iAssist for that client to a third party or use it for personal benefit.  We adhere to strict confidentiality procedures.
